As a charitable and non-profit organization, all donations made to Overcome Welfare Foundation are used to support our welfare programs, humanitarian activities, medical assistance, educational support, food distribution, and other charitable initiatives.
Donations
All donations made through our website, payment gateway, bank transfer, UPI, QR code, or any other payment method are considered voluntary contributions.
Refund Eligibility
Donations are generally non-refundable. However, a refund may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate donation due to a technical error.
- Incorrect donation amount charged because of a payment processing issue.
- Unauthorized transaction reported by the donor.
Refund Request Process
To request a refund, donors must contact us within 7 days of the transaction date and provide:

- Transaction ID
- Donation Amount
- Date of Donation
- Reason for Refund Request

Refund Approval

Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–15 business days through the original payment method used for the donation.
